While we did not have a great number of tennis players at our tournament, at the Sheraton Hotel in our convention in San Diego, those that did play had a good time and had plenty of tennis. Past president Larry Lerner showed great improvement in his play. Board member Sam Swift continues to play great. Phil Cohen was the winner of the men’s division with Chris Benson in the runners up position.

Jill Levine, the wife of Stan Levine and her friend Mia Vaughans monopolized the women.

There will be no tennis in San Francisco, but I hope we will have a large turnout for our January 2008 Convention. The tennis facility is outstanding. Sign up early!
