Hotel rooms will only be available through CAAA's convention registration process.  The room block will be released on May 22nd.  In order to book a hotel reservation you must be registered for convention either as a registrant or a exhibitor.

CAAA does not offer passes exclusively for exhibit hall.  You must register for the convention to access exhibit hall no exceptions.

Cancellation and Refunds:  Cancellations received prior to Thursday, May 31, 2012 are subject to a $25.00 handling fee.  Cancellations must be in writing to generate a refund.  No refunds or cancellations after Thursday, May 31, 2012.
