Injured Workers’ Advocates to Hold Inaugural Inland Empire Workers’ Compensation Hall of Fame with Awards Dinner

ONTARIO, CA - The California Applicants’ Attorneys Association (CAAA) Greater Inland Empire Chapter, whose members represent Californians injured on the job, will convene workers’ compensation professionals in Ontario for an inaugural Hall of Fame Dinner Thursday, May 1. “We will honor 12 individuals who have made outstanding contributions to our profession, and invite the community to honor the inaugural Hall of Fame class," said Greater Inland Empire CAAA Chapter President, G. Lauren Belger, of Rose, Klein & Marias, LLP Ontario. “These honorees include applicant attorneys, defense attorneys, judges, and doctors: John H. Bolson (deceased), defense attorney and Workers' Compensation Judge; Herbert I. Galperson, of Rose, Klein & Marias, LLP, an applicant attorney; Lewis Garrett (deceased), a noted applicant attorney, judge and one of the co-founders of the California Applicants' Attorneys Association; Robert L. Dally, Sr., a former defense attorney with the Law Firm of Parker & Dally in San Bernardino; John McAllister, M.D., an Orthopedic Surgeon in San Bernardino and founder of Arrowhead Disability Evaluation Services; Harry Nelson (deceased), a defense attorney with the firm Jones, Nelson, Ford & Haley; John F. Parker, a defense attorney and former Presiding Judge; Melanie Schodde (deceased), an applicant attorney and judge; Alan J. Stein (deceased), an applicant attorney with Rose, Klein & Marias, LLP in San Bernardino; Donald D. Stoker (deceased), the Presiding Judge in San Bernardino beginning in 1958 until his retirement; Thomas J. Toohey, applicant attorney and judge;  and Dennis Zimmerman, a former Presiding Judge in both San Bernardino and Riverside.”

Former CAAA President, Robert I. Vines, will serve as Master of Ceremonies.
