Sponsorship for 2021 Hawaii at Home Seminar

A big thank you to our Associate members who continue to support CAAA and the workers' compensation community through these unprecedented times. As we continue to offer education virtually, we would like to give our Associate members an opportunity to showcase their brand during our upcoming events.

Our seminar sponsorship opportunities are limited. There is a limit of 2 picks per Associate member. Sponsorship registration will close on April, 22, 2021.

 CAAA will review and exercise editorial control and approval over all sponsorships and ads submitted. Sponsorship ads must be submitted by Monday, April 5, 2021. Logos should be submitted upon sponsorship approval.

Aloha Sponsor
Say aloha to our attendees by providing a Hawaiian-themed prize to be given to one of the first 100 registrants to sign up for the seminar. Logo placement in five eblasts sent to CAAA’s entire contact list of 5500+ promoting registration (also included in break slide and “thank you” email to attendees).

Rate: $500 plus $100 Hawaiian-themed prize (subject to approval by CAAA)

Mahalo Sponsor
Say mahalo to our attendees by providing a fruit infusion water bottle to the first 100 registrants to sign up for the seminar. Logo placement included on bottle (also included in break slide and “thank you” email to attendees).

Rate: $250 plus cost of bottles (CAAA to source vendor and handle production)

Waina Sponsor
Sponsor a Hawaiian-themed wine night for some fun and networking with attendees. Sponsor will have 5 minutes to promote during the beginning before leading into the virtual winetasting. Logo placement in at least one promotional email to attendees (also included in break slide and “thank you” to attendees).

Syllabus Ads
All advertisements are full color and will be included in a digital copy of the syllabus.
All advertisements must be submitted in one of the following mediums: .tif, .jpg, .eps, .pdf PC or Macintosh (preferred),
300 dpi-high resolution or complete native files in Adobe In-Design.
