Convention Materials
Only printed education materials will be distributed at convention for those who have paid for the printed syllabus registration rate. If pre-registered, please check in at the CAAA Convention Pre-Registration counters to pick up your materials and name badge. All registrants who have selected the electronic version need to download the syllabus before arriving to convention. An email containing a link to the download page will be sent at least one week prior to the convention date. Attendees registered after May 23, 2025 are NOT guaranteed a printed syllabus (even if requested).
MCLE Credits
This program has been approved for credit in the following jurisdiction(s): The activity has been approved for Minimum Continuing Legal Education credit by the State Bar of California in the amount of 14 hours (including 1.5 Technology credits) as appropriate to the content of the activities and CAAA certifies that this activity conforms to the standards for approved education activities by the rules and regulations of the State Bar of California governing minimum continuing legal education. Provider #1279. CAAA has been approved for 12.5 hours of Legal Specialization credit. Provider #1279. CAAA is an approved MCLE provider with the State Bar of California and the State of California Division of Workers' Compensation.

Pick up your badge at the Pre-Registration counter outside of the Costa Del Sol ballroom starting at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday.
Educational Sessions will be held in the Costa Del Sol ballroom.
The Exhibit Hall will be located in the Costa De La Luna ballroom.

Taxes/Fees:
All reservations are subject to all prevailing taxes and assessments.
All reservations must be guaranteed by a valid credit card at the time of booking.

Resort Fee:
The resort fee is waived for CAAA over the conference dates and 3 days prior and post. Discounted from $48.
Check in/Check out Times:
Check in – 4pm. Check out – 11am.
Parking:
Overnight self-parking: $10 per vehicle per night.
Valet parking: $24 per vehicle per night.
Cancellation:
Room cancellations or changes must be made by May 23rd and may be subject to forfeiture of the individual deposit and cancellation fee.
Registration cancellations received prior to Friday, May 23, 2025 are subject to a $50.00 handling fee. Cancellations must be in writing to generate a refund. No refunds, name changes or cancellations after Friday, May 23, 2025. If you do not cancel or attend, you are still responsible for payment. An administrative fee will apply if you do not cancel or attend and want access to the post-production videos for credit.
