General Information
Convention Materials
Printed education materials will be distributed at convention only for those who have pre-paid for the printed syllabus registration rate. If pre-registered, please check in at the CAAA Convention Pre-Registration counters to pick up your materials and name badge. All registrants who have selected the electronic version need to download the syllabus before arriving to convention. An email containing a link to the download page will be sent to all registrants at least one week prior to the convention date. Attendees registering after May 22, 2026 will NOT be able to purchase a printed syllabus.
MCLE Credits
This program has been approved for credit in the following jurisdiction(s): The activity has been approved for Minimum Continuing Legal Education credit by the State Bar of California in the amount of 14.25 hours (including 1.25 Competency and 1.25 Technology credits) as appropriate to the content of the activities and CAAA certifies that this activity conforms to the standards for approved education activities by the rules and regulations of the State Bar of California governing minimum continuing legal education. Provider #1279. CAAA has been approved for 11.75 hours of Legal Specialization credit. Provider #1279. CAAA is an approved MCLE provider with the State Bar of California and the State of California Division of Workers' Compensation.
QME Credits
CAAA certifies that this program conforms to the standards for approved education activities prescribed by the DWC in accordance with LC Section 139.2(d) and Title 8 of the CA Code of Regulations, Section 55(e), for 2.75 hours. Provider #160.

Badge Pick-Up
Pick up your badge at the Pre-Registration counter outside of the Costa Del Sol Ballroom starting at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday.
Educational Sessions will be held in the Costa Del Sol Ballroom.
The Exhibit Hall will be located in the Costa De La Luna Ballroom.
The hotel is sold out on Wednesday, June 24th and Thursday, June 25th.
There is limited availability within the room block Friday through Sunday.

Hotel Information
The Omni La Costa Resort & Spa is located at 2100 Costa Del Mar Road, Carlsbad, California, 92009, approximately 31 miles from San Diego International Airport (SAN).
You must be a registered convention attendee or a registered representative of an exhibitor to be granted a reservation under the CAAA discounted rate. The link to reserve a hotel room is only available within your event registration confirmation email.
Attendees are allowed one room per registration.
Exhibitors are allowed (3) hotel rooms maximum per booth.

Villa Standard Rooms King/Queen: $419

All reservations are subject to all prevailing taxes and assessments.
The resort fee is waived for CAAA over the conference dates and 3 days prior and post. Discounted from $45.
All reservations must be guaranteed by a valid credit card and a one night's deposit at the time of booking.
The hotel cut-off is Wednesday, June 3, 2026. The CAAA hotel discounted rate is not guaranteed after Wednesday, June 3, 2026.
The Omni La Costa Resort & Spa is pet friendly. There is a non-refundable pet fee of $75 per reservation ($200 for suites and villas) for up to (2) pets. Please see the hotel pet policy for more information.
Room cancellations or changes must be made at least 72 hours prior to check in and may be subject to forfeiture of the individual deposit and cancellation fee.

Registration cancellations received prior to Friday, May 22, 2026 are subject to a $50.00 handling fee. Cancellations must be in writing to generate a refund. No refunds, name changes or cancellations after Friday, May 22, 2026. If you do not cancel or attend, you are still responsible for payment. An administrative fee will apply if you do not cancel or attend and want access to the post-production videos for credit.
